Background design done in 2 Point Perspective. I worked a lot in little details like the gradient in the wood floor or the designs of the alcohol bottles, there is also a bar tender preparing something, he is kinds of hiding though... But his bar is ready for the pm crowd.

In this image I use some masking of watercolor images to give texture to the pillows in the bed and the green blanket as well. Also the lamps have an image masked to give it texture.
In this background design I played with gradients, I added shadows and little dots and lines to give a bit of texture and life to the drawing.
